I’m a licensed clinical social worker offering therapy for individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. With training in EMDR and psychodynamic therapy, I create a space where insight, healing, and lasting change can unfold. I work with clients in both Israel and the U.S., offering sessions online or in person.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with years of experience helping people feel more connected to themselves and to others. I currently provide psychotherapy to teenagers and adults, offer clinical supervision to fellow therapists, and specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and relational issues. I work with clients in Israel (via Zoom and in-person sesssions) and the United States via Zoom.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in psychodynamic therapy, which explores how early experiences and unconscious patterns shape the way we relate to ourselves and others. I’m also trained in EMDR and ART, structured, evidence-based methods for processing trauma and emotionally charged experiences. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model of therapy. I focus on building a real, collaborative relationship where your thoughts, emotions, and internal world can be safely explored and better understood.
I came into this work because I believe people deserve to feel seen—not judged or “fixed,” but deeply understood. Therapy, at its best, is a space to slow down, reflect, and grow with someone who’s truly in your corner.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply curious about the therapy process, I’d be honored to walk with you on your journey.
I offer one-on-one therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and more. My approach combines insight-oriented psychodynamic therapy with a warm, down-to-earth style that supports both reflection and real-life change. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking greater self-understanding, therapy can provide a space for growth and clarity.
Trauma can leave lasting imprints on the mind and body. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy)—two evidence-based approaches that help the brain process distressing memories and emotions in a safe, structured way. I also have a particular specialty in working with soldiers and individuals impacted by war-related trauma.
I provide supervision for therapists seeking support in deepening their clinical skills, developing their therapeutic identity, and navigating complex cases. My style is collaborative, reflective, and empowering. Supervision is available for clinicians seeking a supportive space to grow.
I work with teenagers and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and stress. I also specialize in trauma therapy, including work with soldiers and individuals affected by war-related experiences.
Therapy is a collaborative and reflective space. In our sessions, we’ll explore your internal world, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and work toward greater clarity, healing, and self-understanding. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic therapy and trauma-informed care, incorporating EMDR and ART when appropriate.
Yes. I offer online therapy via Zoom and in-person sessions in Israel. I'm licensed to work with clients based in both Israel and the United States (New Jersey and New York).
The first step is to reach out through the Contact page. I’ll be in touch to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation where we can discuss your needs and see if we’re a good fit.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes long and occur once per week. Some clients benefit from more frequent sessions depending on their goals and circumstances.
I do not currently accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill that you may submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your insurance plan. Many clients choose to pay privately to maintain greater flexibility and confidentiality.
Both EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) are structured, evidence-based trauma treatments. They use eye movements or visualizations to help process distressing memories, reduce emotional intensity, and shift how trauma is stored in the brain. We’ll discuss whether these approaches are right for you based on your goals and history.
